How to Grow – Easy Steps
1. Seed Starting
Sow seeds on the soil surface and press lightly — do not bury deeply.
2. Sunlight
Needs full sun to partial shade.
3. Soil
Prefers rich, moist, well-draining soil.
4. Watering
Keep soil consistently moist; celery needs regular watering.
5. Spacing
Leave 20–25 cm between plants.
6. Growing / Harvest
Harvest stalks when they reach desired size; continuous picking encourages more growth.

الكرفس خضار مقرمش وعطري يُستخدم في الشوربات، السلطات، والعصائر الصحية. تنتج البذور سيقانًا قوية وأوراقًا خضراء كثيفة. مناسب للزراعة المنزلية وفي الأصص.
طريقة الزراعة – خطوات سهلة
1. بدء البذور
انثر البذور على سطح التربة واضغط عليها بخفة — دون دفنها بعمق.
2. ضوء الشمس
يحتاج إلى شمس كاملة أو نصف ظل.
3. التربة
يفضل تربة غنية، رطبة وجيدة التصريف.
4. الري
حافظ على التربة رطبة باستمرار؛ الكرفس يحتاج ريًا منتظمًا.
5. التباعد
اترك مسافة 20–25 سم بين النباتات.
6. النمو والحصاد
يُحصد عندما تصل السيقان للطول المناسب، والقطف المستمر يساعد على نمو جديد.
